Locally Raised Beef


Angus cross beef bred, born, and raised right here on our family farm available now! We take great pride in managing our herd from a regenerative and ethical standpoint, which results in high marbling and tender cuts unlike anything found in the grocery aisle. 


Cost is $2.70/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees, which vary based on type of cuts desired. Animals are processed at premium local butcher Salchert’s Meat Market just down the road in the village of Saint Cloud. These steers spend the entirety of their lives within a few mile radius - a true testament to the local, slow food movement!  


¼ averages about 200lbs and can be divided into cuts such as:

Steaks (T-bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Round steak, Ribeye, etc) ~20 steaks

Roasts (Sirloin tip, Rump, Chuck) ~12 roasts

Ground Beef, Hamburger Patties, Steak Sandwiches, Stew Meat ~50 lbs

Soup Bones ~3 packs

Short Ribs ~3 packs
